Integration Engineer for a Sustainability SaaS

One Click LCA is looking for an Integration Engineer to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonise buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

This full-time, permanent role can be performed remotely and is open to candidates based in Europe or as a hybrid role for candidates based in Finland.

What you will do:

  • Develop orchestration between customer systems, sustainability data assessment, and publishing processes

  • Develop a standardised integration and orchestration approach that can be rolled out to a large customer base efficiently

  • Build and maintain integrations between customer enterprise systems (ERP/PLM/SAP) and the One Click LCA Platform

  • Develop scalable APIs and data pipelines to automate sustainability data intake for LCA/EPD workflows

  • Transform messy supplier and factory data (Excel, PDFs, unstructured inputs) into structured, validated datasets

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and enterprise customers to deliver integration solutions that enable EPD scaling

  • Help identify technical solutions for automation-related business problems

What you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, either in Python or Java

  • Strong hands-on development experience in API and integration development 

  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based software delivery and cloud technologies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Solid understanding of data transformation, validation, and working with inconsistent real-world data formats

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international, fast-moving product team

  • Ability to delegate work to AI efficiently in all aspects of the work

  • Professional fluency in English, as it is our working language
