Senior Marketing Specialist (Outbound & ABM) for a sustainability SaaS
One Click LCA is hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist, Outbound & ABM, to own Outbound Marketing as a core growth engine and deliver our Outbound ARR target. In this role, you will build and scale our global outbound framework, covering tools, processes, training, and performance standards. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute outbound growth initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong commercial focus with a solid understanding of sales and marketing systems and who enjoys building scalable processes that improve prospecting quality, speed, and conversion.
This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.
What you will do:
Run outbound growth initiatives: to drive pipeline and revenue. This is an innovative part of the role, where you’ll partner with the regional marketing teams to build campaigns, create content, test new outreach formats (e.g. video), and design nurturing & prospecting sequences.
Align Outbound with ABM & paid social: Develop the ABM motion with regional teams, and manage paid social as a core ABM channel with our agency.
Build scalable outbound processes & automation: Design, document, and improve workflows; working with Marketing Ops to automate repeated tasks, launch outreach sequences, or provide outreach data enrichment.
Enable and train teams: Proactively run outbound training with Sales Enablement, covering tools, processes, and outbound best practices.
Own the outbound tech stack: Manage and optimize outbound tools & systems. Roll out new tools where they add value.
Track and report performance: Monitor outbound activities, report on campaign results, turn data into insights and improvement ideas for all regions.
What you bring:
Hands-on experience owning outbound or ABM in a B2B SaaS environment, with clear impact on pipeline or ARR.
Deep understanding of outbound tools, LinkedIn paid ads, sales systems, sequences, data enrichment, and CRM workflows.
Self-driven and analytical mindset with experience diagnosing funnel issues and improving conversions.
Strong communicator, trainer & project manager. Able to turn complex concepts into simple, practical ideas, effectively train teams, and drive strong adoption.
Eagerness to learn and apply new tools, including AI for outbound.
Total ownership, moves fast, and gets things done in a global, fast-growing environment.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ABM tools, Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience in sustainability, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Experience working across regions and aligning local needs with global standards.
What success looks like:
The outbound channel consistently delivers pipelines that convert into ARR and reach the ARR target.
The Regional marketing teams execute a unified, efficient outbound motion. BD teams use your playbooks, tools, and workflows with high adoption, resulting in faster prospecting, higher-quality outreach, and improved conversion.
Outbound operations become automated, scalable, and data-driven. Manual tasks are reduced, intent signals are captured and flagged correctly.
