We are hiring a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the creation of a company-wide data infrastructure that supports strategic and operational decision-making at One Click LCA.

The AI-powered software decarbonises and drives sustainability across the construction value chain with scientific, easy-to-use, automated life-cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declarations (EPDs) to calculate and reduce the environmental impacts of building, infrastructure, and renovation projects and products.

You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team working in a flexible, friendly, and international work environment. You will be reporting directly to our CFO, who is based in Stockholm.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe, with a preference for candidates located in Northern Europe. 

What you will do:

You will be responsible for building and running our modern business intelligence function:

Build our BI foundation

• Design and implement our data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) to centralize financial, GTM, operational, and customer data.
• Lead the integration of data sources from systems like NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Intercom (support), Jira (projects), and Personio (HRIS), etc.
• Set up scalable and automated data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Enable data-driven decision-making

• Automate and own the data quality in company-wide KPI reporting to support growth and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or equivalent) for internal stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Tech, and Executive Leadership.
  
• Collaborate with other analytical and operational functions to deliver insights that drive action.

Drive adoption and data literacy

• Serve as the go-to expert on business metrics and self-service data tools across the company.
  
• Define best practices for data governance, data ownership and reporting.
  
• We have a data-first culture and expect you to cultivate this culture through necessary training, documentation, and support.

What you need:

• Proven (at least 1-2 years) experience designing and implementing a BI infrastructure for a B2B SaaS company or a similar fast-scaling environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), ETL/ELT, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of SaaS KPIs across revenue, sales, customer success, and finance.
• Experience working with cloud-based operational systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ticketing).
• A structured, hands-on, and proactive approach - you're both strategic and execution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business users.
• Fluency in English (oral and written), as it is our working language
