As our Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will lead the strategic and operational marketing efforts for our products, focusing on strategy and hands-on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, driving alignment across teams to ensure cohesive narratives, targeted growth strategies, and consistent market positioning. We expect you to know the 5 P’s and be eager to create valuable content.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.
What you will do:
- Market intelligence: be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they make purchasing decisions, and their key purchasing criteria
- Understand the competitive landscape: be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned in the market, where they are going, and how we differentiate ourselves
- Plan the positioning, messaging, and launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Understand and support our sales channels: train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users, develop internal tools and external collateral, and teach them how and when to use them
- Collaborate with product management, sales, account management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas and that our organisation can amplify
- Lead and support a small team, providing guidance, coordination, and day-to-day oversight
- You are well-versed in featuresheets, whitepapers, battlecards, and product sheets.
- Understand and document how our product solves the needs of specific buyer segments, including the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make, and support our sales and marketing organisations in delivering this message to the prospects
- Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then, drive changes to our processes based on what you learn
- Contribute to the marketing plans for the products in conjunction with our commercial teams, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
- This is a role with responsibility for a person who loves the freedom to craft
What you need:
- 7+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
- Strong ability to work with engineering-driven, complex products
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to define positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Excellent ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is – or isn’t – working
- Familiarity with sustainability in the construction or manufacturing industries and understanding of key concepts like LCA and EPD.
- Strong market research skills, including competitive analysis and customer insights
- Get-things-done attitude and hands-on approach
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, as it is our working language; other languages are a plus
