People & Culture Coordinator for a Sustainability SaaS
We are searching for a change-resilient, adaptable and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support the daily operations of our company. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring smooth HR processes, and helping build a culture that reflects our values and mission.
You will work across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to continuous support and offboarding. You will also take charge of exciting people-focused initiatives that shape the employee experience, including organising afterworks and company events.
You will collaborate across the company and have a chance to use your creativity and problem-solving skills while helping our people to be carbon heroes! Your goal is to help the newcomers feel welcome and the company staff perform at their best by ensuring processes work smoothly.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in the Helsinki area. In this role, you will report to the HR Director.
What you will do:
- Be the main point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support
- Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Be the main company administrator of our HR system (Personio), maintain accurate employee information & records
- Support payroll processes in Finland and other countries in collaboration with local partners
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance with internal policies
- Manage employee benefits
- Organise company events and afterworks
- Help run engagement surveys and follow-up activities
- Contribute to PeopleOps initiatives and process improvements
- Oversee practical needs at the Helsinki office
What you need:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or administrative role in a fast-paced or international environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information with care
- Get-things-done attitude
- Familiarity with HR software or systems (e.g., Personio, Mepco, Confluence) is a plus
- Fluency in English, as it is our working language and Finnish, as it will be helpful while dealing with daily tasks at the office
