Sales Enablement Manager for a Sustainability SaaS
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our fast-growing global company, working to decarbonize the construction and manufacturing sectors.
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be a critical driver of sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement programs that equip our sales teams and resellers with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed, specifically focusing on product, process, and pricing. You will work closely with Sales Operations and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and drive measurable results.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe / UK.
What you will do:
Sales Training (Product, Process, Pricing Focused):
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new sales representatives and resellers, emphasizing product knowledge, internal processes, and pricing structures.
- Create and implement ongoing training initiatives, prioritizing high-impact modules focused on product updates, process changes, and pricing adjustments.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for both internal sales teams and external resellers, focusing on the effective communication and implementation of product, process, and pricing information.
Sales Content Creation:
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including presentations and other essential sales materials, ensuring accuracy regarding product features, processes, and pricing.
- Ensure all sales content is aligned with brand messaging and product marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical product information and pricing details into clear and compelling sales narratives.
Sales Playbooks:
- Develop and implement core sales playbooks focused on efficient sales motions related to product offerings, internal processes, and pricing guidelines.
- Create actionable guides and resources that empower sales representatives to navigate sales situations with accurate product, process, and pricing information.
Coaching and Mentorship (Process Adherence):
- Provide targeted coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, focusing specifically on process adherence, product knowledge application, and accurate pricing communication.
- Identify individual and team training needs related to product, process, and pricing, and develop customized coaching plans.
Salesforce & HubSpot Enablement:
- Develop and deliver training programs on the effective use of Salesforce and HubSpot for sales-related tasks, particularly focusing on accurate product, process, and pricing data entry and retrieval.
- Ensure sales representatives understand how to leverage these tools to maximize sales process efficiency and data accuracy related to products, processes, and pricing.
- Optimize the use of CRM data for sales enablement purposes.
Sales Process Reinforcement
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to reinforce the documented sales process, with a focus on product, pricing, and operational workflows.
- Monitor sales process adherence and identify areas for improvement related to product, process, and pricing implementation.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to implement and refine sales processes.
What you need:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, product training, or process training.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, and internal sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and sales content.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot for sales enablement purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on the sales process and efficiency.
